Camp Venture is staffed by a group of people who share a love for God and a desire to pass this love on to the campers. Our counselors take the role of parent for the week and it is with them that the campers will spend the majority of our time.
While our counselors are mainly responsible for implementing the camp programme, there are others who work behind the scenes ensuring that Camp is a safe and fun place for the children to be. A Camp Committee takes care of putting the various plans together to ensure that the children are kept in the best possible environment. The summer of 2005 was our first 'VENTURE'. Though we had a relatively small number of campers, camp was indeed successful.
